How do I cancel my fundraiser?
You may cancel your fundraiser with 72 hours notice of the scheduled event by contacting the General Manager(s) at the participating bakery-cafe(s) where you were planning to host it. Click on “Our Bakery-Cafes” to find the phone number(s) and address (es). We hope you will consider Panera Bread again for your future fundraisers.
How can I change the date or time of my fundraiser?
You may change your fundraiser date or time with at least 1 week’s notice of the originally scheduled event by contacting the General Manager at the bakery-cafe where you are planning to host your event. Click on “Our Bakery-Cafes to find the phone number or address. Please understand that we cannot guarantee a new date or time but will do our best to accommodate your requested change.
I deleted my flyer by accident. How can I get a new one?
We are happy to send you a new flyer. Please reply to your confirmation email.
I never received a confirmation email or flyer.
If you did not receive an email confirmation or flyer within 48 hours of submitting your application, please resubmit your application at http://www.panerabread.com/about/fundraiser/form.php as perhaps your initial application did not go through successfully. Your email confirmation may have been trapped by your email filter for spam. Contact your system administrator if you think this may have happened.
How do I know if the government recognizes my organization as a non-profit?
To find out if your organization is recognized by the government as a non-profit organization or has 501(c)(3) status, please contact your organization. Panera Bread cannot provide you with this information.
When can I expect to receive my check?
Your fundraiser check will arrive in approximately 45 days after your fundraiser. If it has been more than 45 days since your fundraiser and you still have not received a check, please reply to your confirmation email.
How much money did my organization make at our fundraiser?
Donated amounts are based on net sales of bakery and cafe products and purchases not accompanied by a flyer are excluded) during your organization’s designated time slot and date. The only purchases that count are purchases accompanied by your organization’s flyer. Please reply to your confirmation email to find out how much money will be donated to your organization.
