Promoting Your Fundraising Night
Once you have received a confirmation email accepting your request to host a fundraising night with Panera Bread, it’s time to promote your fundraiser! You should have received a Panera fundraising night flyer in your confirmation. Below are some ideas to begin promoting your event:
- Make copies of the flyer and mail or hand them out to your group, friends, families and members of the community.
- Post the flyer on your organization’s Web site, Facebook, and Twitter pages.
- Call your local news station; explain your cause and request for them to help you get the word out.
- Get your local Chamber of Commerce on board too!
You decide what works best for your organization. Remember, the more flyers you distribute, the more money you can raise. Both take-out and dine-in meal purchases are eligible for this fundraiser but each purchase must be accompanied by a flyer. Flyers may not be distributed inside or within 50 feet of the host bakery-cafe(s) or by e-mail before or during your event.
Note: Panera Card® gift cards, Panera® Catering, and other retail item purchases are excluded from the Event.
