Can I purchase Panera Cards from your website?
Yes. Select Buy a Panera Card from the navigation at left to place your order. We use FedEx to ship Panera Card orders. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
I'm having a problem placing a Panera Card order on your website. Whom should I call for help?
You can call (866) 270-1064 for assistance with all aspects of your online order.
Where can I use my Panera Card?
The Panera Card is accepted at most Panera Bread and Saint Louis Bread Co. locations nationally. You can find the Panera Bread bakery-cafe nearest you by visiting the Our Locations section of our website.
How do I reload my card?
You can reload your Panera Card in two ways: with a one-time transaction, or by setting your Panera Card to reload automatically when the balance falls below an amount you designate or on a schedule you set. Amount-based reloads occur the day after your Panera Card balance dips to or below the minimum balance you specify. For example, if you chose $10 as your minimum balance, and your balance drops to or below that amount on a Monday, your card will be reloaded the following Tuesday by 1:00pm Central Time.
Why should I create a Panera Card account?
When you create a Panera Card account, you can enjoy the convenience of setting your Panera Card to reload automatically when you want it to, recall your stored billing information for one-time reloads and manage the balances and reload preferences of each of the Panera Cards you have linked to your account.
I just reloaded my Panera Card with $25. If I go to a Panera Bread bakery-cafe this afternoon will the $25 be on my card?
Yes! Online one-time reloads happen in real time. Your Panera Card's new balance is shown on the web page confirming your reload transaction as well as on the confirmation email you receive.
What should I do if my Panera Card is ever lost or stolen?
Contact us and select "Panera Card" from the "I want to talk about" list. We can only replace a lost or stolen Panera Card if you have the receipt as proof of purchase.
Are there any service fees for unused balances on my Panera Card?
No. Panera Bread does not charge a $2.00 service fee for balances that remain on a Panera Card that has not been used in 12 months.
Can I order a large quantity of Panera Cards for my business?
Yes. For Panera Card orders over $1,000, please call Russ Bunner of Virtual Incentives Group, Inc. Panera Bread contracts with Virtual Incentives to fulfill larger corporate orders. Will you share the information in my Panera Card account?
No. It is the policy of Panera Bread not to give your name or other information to other companies without your permission. Also, you may decide to or not to receive informational email from Panera Bread. To change your Panera Card account preferences, select the Manage Your Account option from the main navigation.
