Parsley, Scallion and Dill Dip
Zesty spreads add just the right touch to your sandwich buffet.
| 8 | ounces Plain or Reduced Fat Plain cream cheese |
| 1/2 | cup sour cream |
| 1 | cup scallion, cut to 1" (green and white parts) |
| 3/4 | cup fresh Italian parsley, chopped |
| 1/4 | cup fresh dill, chopped |
| 1/2 | cup lemon juice, to taste |
| Coarse sea salt, to taste | |
| Freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, scallion, parsley and dill in a food processor until smooth and green. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
