SANDWICH SHOWDOWN 2011 WINNER

Congrats to Lauren Day from Marthasville, MO, the winner of our Great Sandwich Showdown! Lauren was one of five finalists who presented their sandwiches October 26th, 2011 to a panel of judges and MyPanera members, and her sandwich, BLTT (Bacon Lettuce and Tomato with a modern twist) was named the grand prize winner. It will now be featured at all St. Louis area bakery-cafes in January, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting St. Louis Children's Hospital. A big thanks to the more than 800 St. Louis area residents who submitted a sandwich and to everyone who helped vote in the Great Sandwich Showdown!
