To enjoy the full flavor of our breads, just preheat your oven to 385o F. Remove bread from its freezer bag and thaw for 30 minutes (baguette) or 40 mintues (other loaves). Place the bread on oven rack or baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes (baguette), 10-12 minutes (ciabatta, multi-grain, semolina) or 15-18 minutes (sourdough). Cool 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
