Apple-Kale Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 3 cups honeydew melon cubes
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup packed baby kale leaves
  • 1 small ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 3 cups honeydew melon cubes
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup packed baby kale leaves
  • 1 small ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

Step 1.

Combine everything in a blender and puree until very smooth, 3 to 4 minutes.

Step 2.

Divide the smoothie among four glasses.

Tip: For even more flavor, add 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice.
