  • 1 apple
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped cashews
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate pieces
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon toasted flaked coconut

Directions

Step 1.

Trim ends from apple. Use an apple corer to remove core. Slice crosswise into 1/4-inch slices. Spread slices with peanut butter. Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate pieces. Top with raspberries and coconut. Makes 5 slices.
