Ingredients

  • 2 Granny Smith apples (about 1 pound total), cored, peeled, and coarsely chopped
  • 1 English cucumber (about 1 pound), coarsely chopped
  • 2 cups packed baby kale or spinach leaves
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

Step 1.

Combine everything in a blender and puree until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes. Divide among four glasses.

Tip: For a sweeter smoothie, add 1 cup seedless green grapes.
