Easy Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
  • Dash ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup chopped cashews, golden raisins, semisweet chocolate pieces, and/or flaked coconut

Directions

Step 1.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper; set aside. In a large bowl, use a potato masher to mash bananas. Stir in oats and cinnamon. Stir in granola. Drop mixture by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheet. Flatten slightly. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove and cool on wire racks. Makes 15 cookies.
