  • 2 Whole Wheat Pita Rounds
  • 1/4 cup Panera Bread® Greek Dressing
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
  • 2 Whole Wheat Pita Rounds
  • 1/4 cup Panera Bread® Greek Dressing
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese

Directions

Step 1.

Heat oven to 350°F.

Step 2.

Split pitas apart and brush each inside with dressing. Sprinkle with Feta.

Step 3.

Cut each round into 6 wedges and spread on sheet pan, dressing side up. Toast until edges start to brown and curl, about 10 minutes.

Tip: Serve with Mediterranean Chop Salad and a cup of Panera Bread® Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup for a light summer dinner.
