  • 1 10-inch whole wheat tortilla
  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • 1/4 of a red sweet pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 of a medium carrot, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 of a celery stalk, cut into thin strips

  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • 1/4 of a red sweet pepper, cut into thin strips

Directions

Step 1.

Spread tortilla with hummus. Arrange the pepper strips across the middle of the tortilla. Top with carrots and celery. Tightly roll up around the vegetables. Cut into 12 slices.
