Mediterranean Chop Salad

Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup chopped pitted Kalamata olives with their juice
  • 1/2 small red onion, sliced lengthwise into thin strips
  • 1 English cucumber, cut into large dice, about 1 cup
  • 2 large tomatoes, cut into large dice, about 2 cups
  • 1/3 cup Panera Bread® Greek Dressing
  • 15 oz. can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup chopped pitted Kalamata olives with their juice
  • 1/2 small red onion, sliced lengthwise into thin strips
  • 1 English cucumber, cut into large dice, about 1 cup
  • 2 large tomatoes, cut into large dice, about 2 cups
  • 1/3 cup Panera Bread® Greek Dressing

Directions
