In small bowl, mix cream cheese, red peppers, and cheese until well combined. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 425oF. Thinly slice thawed baguette on an angle (about 14 slices) and lightly toast. Spread each with red pepper and asiago mixture.
Cut sirloin slices into bite-size pieces and place 2-3 on each slice of toast. Sprinkle with gorgonzola and place on baking sheet.
Bake 6-8 minutes or until gorgonzola begins to melt. Garnish with basil and freshly cracked black pepper, if desired.
