Turkey Artichoke Crostini

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Panera Bread Multi-Grain Bread, thawed
  • 1-2 tbsp. Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 6-8 oz. Panera Bread Roasted Turkey, slices separated
  • 7 oz. spinach and artichoke dip or spread, any brand
  • 3/4 cup shredded asiago cheese
  • 1 loaf Panera Bread Multi-Grain Bread, thawed
  • 1-2 tbsp. Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 6-8 oz. Panera Bread Roasted Turkey, slices separated
  • 7 oz. spinach and artichoke dip or spread, any brand
  • 3/4 cup shredded asiago cheese

Directions

Step 1.

Preheat oven to 425°F. Thinly slice thawed bread and lightly toast (about 10-12 slices).

Step 2.

Once cooled, lightly spread Dijon mustard on toast and top with sliced turkey. Cover with 1 tbsp. spinach and artichoke dip and sprinkle with cheese. Place on baking sheet.

Step 3.

Bake 8-10 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Cut slices in half to serve as an appetizer.

Tip: Enjoy 2 pieces with a side salad or cup of soup on a chilly evening. Or delight company with a tasty appetizer – just cut slices in half.
