Turkey Artichoke Panini

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Panera Bread® French Baguette, thawed
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/3 cup red onion, sliced
  • 6 oz. Panera Bread® Roasted Turkey, slices separated
  • 1/3 cup spinach and artichoke dip, any brand
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1 loaf Panera Bread® French Baguette, thawed
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/3 cup red onion, sliced
  • 6 oz. Panera Bread® Roasted Turkey, slices separated
  • 1/3 cup spinach and artichoke dip, any brand
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach

Directions

Step 1.

Heat panini press or oven to 375oF.

Step 2.

Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, then onions, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add turkey slices and cook 1-2 minutes to warm through.

Step 3.

Cut baguette lengthwise into top and bottom halves. Spread each with dip. On bottom half, layer turkey and onions, peppers, spinach, and top half. Slice into 3 sandwiches.

Step 4.

Toast in panini press or warm in oven, 3-5 minutes.
