Ingredients

  • 3 slices apple-wood smoked bacon
  • 1 loaf Panera Bread® French Baguette, thawed
  • 1 cup baby greens
  • 2 tbsp. Panera Bread® Fuji Apple Dressing
  • 1 Fuji apple, diced in 1/2” pieces
  • 8 oz. Panera Bread® Roasted Turkey or cooked chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 3 slices apple-wood smoked bacon
  • 1 loaf Panera Bread® French Baguette, thawed
  • 1 cup baby greens
  • 2 tbsp. Panera Bread® Fuji Apple Dressing
  • 1 Fuji apple, diced in 1/2” pieces
  • 8 oz. Panera Bread® Roasted Turkey or cooked chicken breasts, thinly sliced

Directions

Step 1.

Cut baguette lengthwise into top and bottoms halves, then into 3 sandwiches, and lightly toast.

Step 2.

In small bowl, toss bacon, greens, dressing, and diced apple.

Step 3.

Layer salad mixture and turkey between sandwich halves.
