Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 10-inch spinach-flavored tortilla
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 red and/or yellow sweet pepper, cut into thin bite-size strips
  • 1/2 of a carrot, cut into thin bite-size strips
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 10-inch spinach-flavored tortilla
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 red and/or yellow sweet pepper, cut into thin bite-size strips
  • 1/2 of a carrot, cut into thin bite-size strips

Directions

Step 1.

Stir together sour cream, herbs, and garlic. Spread over tortilla. Arrange spinach, peppers, and carrot over sour cream. Roll up tortilla around vegetables. Cut in half to serve.
