Every day at our Panera Bread® bakery-cafes, it’s our job to provide our customers with deliciously fresh, handcrafted food in a welcoming and comfortable environment. Through surveys, like our Customer Satisfaction Survey, we get to hear from you about whether we’re doing our job well.
Thanks to your feedback — we heard from nearly 500,000 of you in our most recent survey — we’re able to make positive changes from improving the way things work at your local bakery-cafe, to bringing new and exciting flavors to our menu.
In the past, customer comments have led to big changes at Panera, like the introduction of our Rapid Pick-Up service where you can order online, choose a time then just grab your meal and go. The idea came as a result of us hearing from our customers about long lines and the need for more convenient ordering options.
Or maybe you’ve heard that our BBQ Chicken Salad has returned. When our customers told us just how much they missed this menu item, we knew we just had to bring it back.
