Chris Finazzo serves as Chief Operating Officer of Panera Bread and brings more than 20 years of operational, commercial, brand and franchise leadership experience across the consumer, hospitality and restaurant sectors.

Before joining Panera, Chris spent five years as Chief Commercial Officer of United Parks & Resorts, where he oversaw marketing, sales, digital, technology, revenue management and other commercial growth functions across the company’s portfolio of leading brands. Earlier, he spent eight years at Restaurant Brands International in a series of senior leadership roles, ultimately serving as President of Burger King Americas.

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Connecticut.
