Jeff Harman

Chief Restaurant Officer

Jeff Harman serves as Chief Restaurant Officer for Panera Bread. In his role, Harman oversees U.S. Operations, Franchising and Franchisee relationships across the system of more than 2,200 Panera Bread cafes nationwide.

A more than 20-year veteran of Panera Bread, Jeff brings extensive restaurant industry experience, having lead company operations across multiple regions and joint ventures. Harman began his career at Panera as the District Manager in the Detroit region, followed by positions as VP, Regional Operations and SVP of Operations, with a focus on driving growth and operational excellence. Harman has also served as Chief Operating Officer at Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria, adding external C-suite experience to his extensive background.

Harman is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University.
