Victor Siqueira is the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Panera Bread, bringing extensive operating and supply chain experience from leading restaurant and consumer brands. As a seasoned leader in procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and vertically integrated supply chain businesses, he plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, maximizing efficiency and supporting Panera’s ongoing growth.

Most recently, Victor led the supply chain and consumer packaged goods divisions at Oakberry, overseeing global sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution during a period of rapid international expansion. Prior to that, he built a distinguished track record at Restaurant Brands International (RBI), notably serving as Vice President of Supply Chain at Tim Hortons, where he spearheaded a transformation that delivered significant savings and service improvements for the brand and its franchisees. His tenure at RBI also included senior leadership roles at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and Burger King.

Victor holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and completed a Post Graduation program in Business Administration at Ibmec.
