On-Time Delivery Promise disclosure: Purchase required.  Must be a MyPanera member and utilize your MyPanera account to place the delivery order. Participating cafes only.  Not valid on orders placed on third party delivery sites or catering orders.  A late delivery order is delivered at least five minutes after the later time in the range stated in the order confirmation. The reward amount is determined, in Panera’s sole discretion, based on the number of minutes an order is delivered late. Max reward is $5 and is valid for 30 days. Reward will be loaded to your MyPanera account. Rapid Pick Up®

Our Rapid Pick-Up service makes it easy to enjoy your favorite Panera meal with no lines and no wait. Simply place your order online or in the Panera app, choose a time, pay for the order, and we’ll have your food ready for you when you arrive. Look for the bag marked with your name on our Rapid Pick-Up shelf, grab and go.

Curbside*

Your Panera favorites delivered safely and conveniently right to your car. Place your order online or in the app for Rapid Pick-Up. Then select Curbside Pick-Up. Tell us in the ‘Special Instructions’ the make, model, and color of the vehicle you’ll arrive in. Drive up to the cafe, and we’ll bring your order right to your car. Minimum order of $5 required for Curbside, exclusive of taxes, charges and fees that may apply.

Contactless Dine-In*

In one of our bakery-cafes? Place an order from your mobile device from the comfort of your table. Take a seat and relax, and we will notify you via e-mail or push notification on your mobile device when your food is ready to be picked up.

Don’t Forget to Redeem Your MyPanera® Rewards

You can use your rewards for online orders, too. After you have selected your ordering option (ex., Delivery, Rapid Pick-Up, etc.), simply sign in to your MyPanera account and click ‘My Rewards’ to view your available rewards, then proceed with your online order. When your order is complete and before checkout, click ‘Redeem’ for the reward you want to use, and the discount will be applied to your total. Remember, you must be logged in to earn, view and redeem rewards.
