What is the Unlimited Sip Club/Sip Club Subscription?
The Unlimited Sip Club/Sip Club subscription is available for registration and redemption in participating US cafes. For $14.99/month plus tax for a monthly plan or $119.99/year plus tax for an annual plan, you can enjoy any sized drip hot coffee, hot tea, cafe blend iced coffee, select iced tea, lemonade, fountain soda beverage or select bubbler beverages (not all bubbler beverages are included) once every two hours during normal cafe business hours, including free refills, if applicable (some beverages are not eligible for free refills). The Unlimited Sip Club/Sip Club subscription excludes all other beverages including, without limitation, Energy Refreshers, Frescas, bottled beverages, smoothies, frozen blended drinks, hot chocolate, specialty iced coffees, and espresso and cappuccino beverages.

How do I sign up for an Unlimited Sip Club/Sip Club Subscription?
You can subscribe to the Unlimited Sip Club/Sip Club online at  www.PaneraBread.com/UnlimitedSipClub, in the Subscriptions section of the Panera Bread app, or at a kiosk, where available, in participating US cafes. You must be a MyPanera® member and at least 18 years of age to subscribe to the Unlimited Sip Club.

What kinds of beverages can I get with my Unlimited Sip Club/Sip Club subscription?
Your subscription includes any sized drip hot coffee, hot tea, cafe blend iced coffee (without any syrups, sauces, cold foam, whipped cream, or other customization), select iced tea, lemonade, fountain soda beverage or select bubbler beverage (not all bubbler beverages are included) once every two hours during normal cafes hours, including free refills, if applicable (some beverages not eligible for free refills). The number and type of eligible beverages may vary by location and time of day. Excludes all other beverages, including, without limitation, Energy Refreshers, Frescas, bottled beverages, smoothies, frozen blended drinks, hot chocolate, specialty iced coffees, and espresso and cappuccino beverages. Customizations, including, without limitation, added espresso, cold foam, whipped cream, and syrups and sauces (Madagascar Vanilla, Snickerdoodle, Rocky Road, Chocolatey Hazelnut Flavored, Chai Tea, Caramel, and Chocolatey Sauce) are not included in the subscription price. Upcharges apply. Other additions (e.g., milk, skim milk, almond milk, half & half, and sweeteners) are included in the subscription price, but availability may vary by location and time of day.

How do I redeem my Unlimited Sip Club/Sip Club subscription?
It’s easy! Your Unlimited Sip Club/Sip Club subscription benefits work just like MyPanera rewards. When placing an order, you can either swipe your MyPanera Card, enter your phone number associated with your MyPanera account, or log in to your MyPanera account to access your rewards. Look for a reward with the name "Sip Club-Beverage" and redeem it as you normally would.

Do I need to be a member of the MyPanera rewards program to sign up for an Unlimited Sip Club/Sip Club subscription?
Yes, only members of MyPanera that are at least 18 years of age can sign up for a subscription, but it's easy to join. You can create a  free MyPanera account today.

Will I still earn MyPanera rewards when using my Unlimited Sip Club/Sip Club subscription?
Your visit will count towards earning MyPanera rewards if your order also includes a food or beverage purchase (after application of any reward/discount/Unlimited Sip Club beverage redemption). However, if you only redeem your subscription beverage, that will not count towards your next reward.

Why do I need to store a credit card in my MyPanera account?
Because this is a subscription program with a recurring (monthly or annual, as applicable) fee, we require a stored credit card for billing purposes. Please also make sure the credit card you'd like to be charged is set to default.

How do I renew my subscription each month?
Your Unlimited Sip Club/Sip Club subscription will automatically renew each month or year, as applicable. The applicable fee will be charged to the payment method you provided when you signed up for your MyPanera account (or such other payment method as you have designated to be charged) as noted in the  Terms and Conditions.

When will I be billed?
The billing cycle is determined by the date you sign up for the subscription and the subscription plan selected. For the monthly plan, the billing cycle is every 30 days from the date you subscribe to the Unlimited Sip Club/Sip Club. For the annual plan, the billing cycle is every 365 days from the date you subscribe to the Unlimited Sip Club/Sip Club.

How do I cancel my Unlimited Sip Club/Sip Club subscription?
To cancel your subscription online, visit the Manage Subscription section at 
www.panerabread.com/UnlimitedSipClub or on the Panera app. Contact Customer Care at 1-855-372-6372 if you have any trouble.

What beverage size is included with an Unlimited Sip Club/Sip Club subscription?
Any sized eligible beverage.

How many times can I redeem my subscription benefits in a day?
You can redeem one eligible beverage once every two hours during normal cafe business hours, including free refills if applicable (some beverages are not eligible for free refills). The number and type of eligible beverages may vary by location and time of day.

Can I redeem my Unlimited Sip Club/Sip Club subscription benefits at any Panera cafe?
Unlimited Sip Club/Sip Club subscription program is available at participating Panera cafes in the US.

Can I use my Unlimited Sip Club Subscription with a third-party delivery service?
No, Unlimited Sip Club/Sip Club subscription is not available for redemption on third party sites.

Can I get a refund if I don’t use my Unlimited Sip Club/Sip Club subscription?
No, we do not offer refunds for unused subscriptions, but you can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the Manage Subscription section at  www.PaneraBread.com/UnlimitedSipClub, or by visiting the Panera Bread app.

Can I share my Unlimited Sip Club/Sip Club subscription with my family or friends?
No, there is a limit of one subscription per person. Benefits of your Unlimited Sip Club/Sip Club subscription are non-transferable.

What happens if I receive a reward for a free beverage when I’m already an Unlimited Sip Club/Sip Club subscriber?
Your reward for a beverage can be used to get an additional beverage with your order or may be valid for a beverage that’s excluded from your subscription.

How do I sign up for Unlimited Sip Club with a Panera Bread Gift Card?

1. Visit the Unlimited Sip Club/Sip Club page on the Panera app or website  here.

2. Sign Into your MyPanera account. If you do not have a MyPanera account, create one (It’s free!).

3. Pick Your subscription plan (Monthly or Annual).

4. Add and save your new Panera Bread Gift Card number and PIN. Ensure this card has sufficient funds to cover your first paid renewal.

5. Review the terms and conditions, and then, if in agreement with the terms and conditions, click “Start My Subscription.”

How do I apply a Panera Bread Gift Card to an existing Unlimited Sip Club/Sip Club subscription?

1. Visit the Unlimited Sip Club/Sip Club Manage Subscription section on the Panera app or website  here.

2. Sign into your MyPanera / Unlimited Sip Club/Sip Club account.

3. Within the Payment Method section, click "Add a Gift Card".

4. Add and save your new Panera Bread Gift Card number and PIN. 

5. Your Panera Bread Gift card balance will automatically be charged on your next paid renewal date.
