ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR MYPANERA PROGRAM
We are transitioning members to a points-based MyPanera Program on a rolling basis beginning July 29, 2026. These MyPanera Program Terms will apply to your MyPanera account beginning on the date your account is transitioned to the new program (“Transition Date”). Until your Transition Date, your participation in the MyPanera Program will continue to be governed by the existing terms, which can be found here. All MyPanera accounts are expected to be transitioned to the points-based MyPanera Program on or before August 19, 2026.
These MyPanera Program Terms (“Program Terms”) govern the use of the MyPanera Program (the “MyPanera Program” or “Program”), which is available only in the United States. These Program Terms supplement the Panera Terms of Use, which are expressly incorporated herein by this reference. These Program Terms do not apply to catering orders or Catering Rewards. Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Program Terms will have the same meaning given in the Panera Terms of Use, as applicable. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE PROGRAM TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE MYPANERA PROGRAM.
Panera reserves the right to change, modify, eliminate, terminate, discontinue, and/or cancel the MyPanera Program, associated Points, rewards or benefits, and all or any portion of these Program Terms or any policy, FAQ, or guidelines pertaining to the MyPanera Program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you. Such changes or modifications may affect previously earned Points and rewards. Any changes, modifications, eliminations, termination, discontinuation, and/or cancellation will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site and, to the extent permitted by law, you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes, modifications, eliminations, termination, discontinuation, and/or cancellation. Panera reserves the right to limit participation and enrollment in the MyPanera Program at any time.
Panera reserves the right to offer additional and/or different rewards or benefits to members based on their geographic location, home cafe, Program participation, or other criteria, as determined by Panera. Promotional offers, benefits, and communications may also be based on the volume, type of purchases, and other factors. In addition, rewards, benefits, promotional offers, Program design, and/or features may be modified or terminated by Panera without notice due to error, fraud, computer or typographical error, Program changes, electronic or technical malfunctions, or other unusual or unexpected circumstances.
BECOMING A MYPANERA MEMBER
To become a MyPanera member, you must be a legal resident of the United States and at least 13 years old. Individuals under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate in the Program. MyPanera accounts are free, but subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy .
To enroll, go to: www.panerabread.com/points or the Panera Bread app (the “app”) and create a new account. You agree to provide true and accurate information and to ensure that the information provided by you is up to date and accurate.
For security purposes, as a member of the MyPanera Program, you authorize and consent to receive a One Time Passcode (OTP) by automated text message from 833-773-1131 to your SMS-enabled mobile phone number provided at registration (or later updated by you) to verify your account and also to receive an OTP by automated text message from 833-773-1131 each time you sign in to your MyPanera account thereafter. You acknowledge and agree that you will be required to provide the OTP sent to you via text message any time you log-in to your MyPanera account and that verification is required to log-in to your MyPanera account. You should not share the OTP with anyone else. This OTP Verification process may be discontinued by Panera at any time.
Only one MyPanera account is permitted per person and is personal to you. Signing up for more than one MyPanera account per person constitutes fraud and Panera will cancel all accounts and revoke all Points and rewards. Your MyPanera membership is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or otherwise shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. A social media account may be required to complete actions to earn certain rewards. The MyPanera Program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13.
No business entities, third-party aggregators, organizations, or groups may register for the Program or earn Points or rewards..
OTHER MYPANERA INFORMATION
Your MyPanera account, Points, rewards, and benefits available in the Program have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, gift certificates, or gift cards, are purely promotional, and do not constitute property of any participant. Points, rewards, and other benefits are not valid if obtained from unauthorized parties, including, without limitation, through internet auction sites. Panera may conduct test programs from time to time in certain markets that may have additional/different program terms than those described herein. Panera has no obligation to expand or continue any test.
As a participant in the MyPanera Program, Panera may automatically enroll you in other programs that are complimentary to the MyPanera Program. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how Panera collects, uses, and discloses information about customers, how to update or change your personal information, and how we communicate with you.
Without notice to you, Panera reserves the right to suspend any MyPanera account and/or terminate your account and/or your participation in the Program for any reason in its sole discretion, including, without limitation, if Panera determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Program Terms or the Panera Terms of Use, you have more than one account, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful. Panera may, in its sole discretion, suspend or cancel accounts that appear to be inactive, and suspend, cancel, or combine accounts that appear to be duplicative. In the event that your participation in the MyPanera Program is terminated, then all accumulated Points and rewards in your account are void.
MY PANERA PROGRAM & TIERS
The MyPanera Program is a customer loyalty program that allows a member to earn and redeem points (“Points”) for rewards on an individual basis for their own MyPanera account. A member may receive Points and other benefits based on their membership tier as described herein through qualifying purchases, participating in activities or events, achieving certain levels, or other actions or opportunities offered by Panera from time to time. Each member will be assigned a membership tier as set forth below based on the qualifying purchases and participation in other activities and opportunities during the calendar year. Once a member becomes eligible for the MyPanera+ membership tier (as set forth below), the member will retain the MyPanera+ membership tier for the remainder of that calendar year and the next calendar year. Membership in the MyPanera+ tier is determined annually, and a member must meet the purchase requirements of the MyPanera+ membership tier each calendar year or that status will not be maintained. Membership in the MyPanera+ Sip Club™ membership tier will be maintained only during the period that a MyPanera member has a paid recurring subscription to the Sip Club. If the Sip Club is discontinued or an individual subscription in the Sip Club is cancelled or ends for any reason, the MyPanera member’s participation in the MyPanera+ Sip Club membership tier will terminate immediately and the member will revert to either the MyPanera or MyPanera+ tier, as applicable. Panera reserves the right to change, modify, or update the qualifying purchase amounts or other actions and requirements needed to earn a membership tier and benefits.
The MyPanera Points Program has 3 tiers:
1. MYPANERA
When you enroll in the MyPanera Program you will earn 10 points for each verified $1 food or beverage subtotal purchase, after all rewards and discounts are applied. Excludes taxes, fees, tips, catering orders, orders placed on third-party sites, purchases of gift cards, purchases of Panera at Home grocery products, and Sip Club subscription fees.
2. MYPANERA+
As a MyPanera member, you become eligible for the MyPanera+ membership tier and associated rewards and benefits by spending $300 or more on verified food and/or beverage subtotal purchases in a calendar year. The total spend required to qualify for the MyPanera+ tier excludes taxes, fees, tips, catering orders, orders placed on third party sites, purchases of gift cards, purchases of Panera at Home grocery products, and Sip Club subscription fees. In order to retain eligibility to the MyPanera+ tier and associated rewards and benefits, members must spend $300 or more on verified food or beverage purchases per calendar year as described above.
3. MYPANERA+ SIP CLUB
As a MyPanera member, you become eligible for the MyPanera+ Sip Club membership tier and associated rewards and benefits if you have a paid recurring Sip Club subscription, and will have access to both MyPanera+ rewards and benefits and your paid Sip Club subscription rewards and benefits. MyPanera+ Sip Club members will lose access to the MyPanera+ Sip Club membership tier and Sip Club subscription immediately if the Sip Club is discontinued or an individual subscription in the Sip Club is cancelled or ends for any reason, but eligibility for the MyPanera Program standard membership tier or MyPanera+ membership tier will continue as applicable when the Sip Club subscription ends.
Points, membership tiers, rewards, and benefits may not be gifted, purchased, sold, bartered, brokered, or otherwise transferred.
The MyPanera rewards and benefits for each tier are described below.
MYPANERA, MYPANERA+, AND MYPANERA+ SIP CLUB
HOW TO EARN POINTS
1. To earn Points, you must be enrolled in the MyPanera Program and provide your MyPanera account information when you purchase food or beverages from participating US Panera cafes. For each verified $1 food or beverage subtotal purchase, after all rewards and discounts are applied, you will earn 10 Points. Excludes taxes, fees, tips, catering orders, orders placed on third-party sites, purchases of gift cards, purchases of Panera at Home grocery products, and Sip Club subscription fees.
2. Points may be earned in-cafe by providing a cashier with the phone number linked with your MyPanera account. Points may be earned on digital orders by placing an order when logged into your MyPanera account on web, app, or kiosk. No Points can be earned until you have registered for a MyPanera account.
3. Please allow at least 24 hours from purchase fulfillment for Points to be loaded into your MyPanera account.
4. Points will not be awarded for purchases if you order or checkout without providing your MyPanera account information to a cashier in cafe or by logging in to your MyPanera account at the kiosk, on the web, or in the app. Panera in its sole discretion may (but is not obligated to) retroactively award Points for in-cafe cashier purchases within the prior 30 days only and only if you provide your dated proof of purchase receipt. No Points will be awarded for (i) purchases that occurred prior to your enrollment in the MyPanera Program, or (ii) retroactively for purchases made via kiosk, on the web, or in the app without logging in.
5. Points may not be earned if technical difficulties arise.
6. From time to time, special offers may be available that allow you to earn Points for engaging in other activities, such as purchasing specified menu items, or signing up for certain Panera communications. These offers may be communicated by various means, for example, email, text messages (if subscribed), app push notifications (if enabled), and/or pop-ups. Certain activities may only be available to members at least 18 years of age.
7. You cannot accrue more than 50,000 Points in your MyPanera account. If you reach the limit of 50,000 Points in your MyPanera account, you will not earn any additional Points while your MyPanera account remains at the maximum number of Points.
8. All Points will expire after 180 days without Active Membership. “Active Membership” is defined as making a valid purchase linked to your MyPanera account, redeeming Points, or redeeming a Sip Club beverage.
HOW TO REDEEM POINTS
1. Once Points are redeemed for a reward, the selected reward will be added to your MyPanera account and if not used before the applicable expiration date stated on the reward in your MyPanera account, the reward will expire.
2. Once a reward has been selected and Points subtracted from your MyPanera account, it cannot be changed and Points cannot be reinstated.
3. All Points will expire after 180 days without Active Membership.
4. Points are for promotional purposes only, do not have cash value and can only be used towards designated rewards listed in your MyPanera account.
HOW TO REDEEM REWARDS
1. Once Points are redeemed for a reward, the selected reward will be added to your MyPanera account and if not used before the applicable expiration date stated on the reward in your MyPanera account, the reward will expire.
2. Once a reward has been selected and Points subtracted from your MyPanera account, it cannot be changed and Points cannot be reinstated.
3. All rewards have an expiration date, and you are responsible for monitoring your rewards in your MyPanera account for the applicable expiration date for each reward. Unused/expired rewards will not be reinstated to a MyPanera account for any reason.
4. Points will be subtracted from your MyPanera account immediately when a reward is selected based on the total Points required for the selected reward.
5. Each reward is valid for one item only.
6. Each reward is limited to a single redemption. Any duplicate redemption attempts will be void.
7. Only one reward can be redeemed per transaction.
8. Once a reward has been redeemed, it is non-refundable.
9. Rewards may not be redeemed if technical difficulties arise.
GENERAL BENEFITS
The rewards and benefits available to a MyPanera member are based on the applicable membership tier. Each member regardless of membership tier may receive the following rewards and benefits. These rewards and benefits are subject to change by Panera in its sole discretion at any time, with or without notice to you:
· SELECT MYPANERA MONDAYS
On select Mondays, Panera may offer exclusive MyPanera promotions such as free or discounted menu items. These offers will be added to your MyPanera account as a reward, but reward will not be automatically applied and must be selected when ordering, and you may receive notifications informing you of these offers. Not valid with any other coupon or offer. While supplies last. These offers will be exclusive to you and your MyPanera account and cannot be claimed, reproduced, transferred, or used by anyone else. Other restrictions may apply.
· BIRTHDAY REWARD
You may receive a birthday reward to your MyPanera account valid until the expiration date stated for the reward. Providing your birthday (month, day) is optional in your MyPanera account, but if you do not provide this information in your MyPanera account, you will not receive a birthday reward. Birthday reward may vary based on your purchase history and/or MyPanera membership tier. For purposes of determining your birthday reward, your tier status on the day before your birthday will be used.
· DELIVERY OFFERS
On occasion, MyPanera members may receive delivery-related offers.
TIER BENEFITS
In addition to the general benefits and rewards described above, each membership tier has its own rewards and benefits as set forth below. These rewards and benefits are subject to change by Panera in its sole and absolute discretion at any time, with or without notice to you.
MYPANERA TIER
· WELCOME OFFER FOR 500 POINTS WITH PURCHASE – NEW MYPANERA MEMBERS ONLY
Purchase required. Offer valid for new MyPanera members only. Receive 500 Points with a verified food or beverage purchase (after application of any reward/discount/Sip Club beverage redemption and excluding taxes/fees/charges) from a participating US cafe within 14 days of first becoming a new MyPanera member. The 500 Welcome Offer Points will be added to your MyPanera account within 24 hours of qualifying purchase order fulfillment. The 500 Welcome Offer Points will expire as set forth above. · BONUS POINTS ON DELIVERY – 12 TOTAL POINTS FOR EACH $1 SPENT
Purchase required. MyPanera+ and MyPanera+ Sip Club members receive an additional 2 points for each verified $1 food and beverage delivery orders subtotal purchase, after all rewards and discounts are applied. Excludes taxes, fees, tips, catering orders, orders placed on third-party sites, purchases of gift cards, purchases of Panera at Home grocery products, and Sip Club subscription fees. Order must be placed directly on the Panera Bread app or website through your MyPanera account at participating US cafes only. Please allow at least 24 hours from delivery fulfillment for Points to be issued to your MyPanera account. Bonus points will not be retroactively awarded for delivery orders placed without logging in to your MyPanera account on the Panera Bread app or website. MYPANERA+ SIP CLUB
EARNING MEMBERSHIP TO MYPANERA+ SIP CLUB
Purchase required. As a MyPanera member, you may become eligible for the MyPanera+ Sip Club membership tier and associated benefits if you have a paid recurring Sip Club subscription and will have access to both MyPanera+ and Sip Club benefits. You will lose access to the MyPanera+ Sip Club membership tier and Sip Club subscription immediately if the MyPanera+ Sip Club is discontinued or your subscription in the Sip Club is cancelled or ends for any reason, but your eligibility for the MyPanera Program standard membership tier or MyPanera+ membership tier will continue as applicable when the Sip Club subscription ends based on qualifying purchases as set forth in these Program Terms.
· SIP CLUB
A Sip Club subscription is available for registration online only (including in-cafe kiosk), and for beverage redemption only through participating US cafes. Must be MyPanera member to subscribe to Sip Club and at least 18 years of age. You may cancel at any time. If you do not cancel either before your renewal date or the expiration of any promotional or trial subscription offer, your stored payment method will automatically be charged $14.99 plus tax for a monthly subscription and will be charged on a recurring monthly basis every 30 days thereafter, or for an annual subscription, your stored method of payment will automatically be charged $119.99 plus tax for an annual subscription and will be charged on a recurring annual basis every 365 days thereafter unless you cancel your subscription. To cancel subscription online, visit Manage Subscription section at www.panerabread.com/UnlimitedSipClub or on the Panera app. Subscription provides eligible subscribers with 30 redemptions of eligible beverages per monthly billing cycle for monthly subscribers or per rolling 30-day period from annual subscription start date for annual subscribers at participating US Panera cafes. MYPANERA CANADA PROGRAM
An independently owned and operated Franchisee in Canada offers a MyPanera Canada Program. These Program Terms do not apply to such Franchisee’s MyPanera Canada Program. The Franchisee offering the MyPanera Canada Program is solely responsible for the terms, conditions, operation, and fulfillment of the MyPanera Canada Program, and it is unrelated to the MyPanera Program in the United States or to any other loyalty program. Any and all rewards, discounts, offers, promotions, and other benefits available to MyPanera Canada Program members are available and valid solely in Canada and are not valid in the United States. The MyPanera Program offered in the United States, subject to these terms, and all rewards, discounts, offers, promotions, and benefits available in such MyPanera Program are only valid in the United States.
DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
While we hope you won't want to leave us, if you decide for whatever reason to no longer participate in our MyPanera Program, simply contact us here or call us at 855-3-PANERA (855-372-6372) and ask to delete your account. Phone support is available Monday through Saturday from 7AM – 7PM CST. If you use the app on an Apple device, you may also delete your account by navigating to Profile Settings, then to My Information, and selecting the “Delete Account” button at the bottom of the page. Please note, if you have a Sip Club subscription you must cancel that subscription before you can cancel your MyPanera membership.
