We believe good food is generous to all: our guests, associates, supply partners, and the planet. Our Food Beliefs serve as a compass, helping us provide meals that are delicious, and made with high-quality, select ingredients.
- Clean Foods - Clean simply means we don’t fill our pantry with the artificial preservatives, sweeteners, flavors, and colors from artificial sources that are listed on our No No List.
- Selective Sourcing – When sourcing ingredients, we carefully consider their origin, freshness, and quality to provide guests with the most deliciousness. That’s why we serve items like our Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken in the summer during peak strawberry season.
- Responsibly Raised - We have long believed in humane treatment of animals. That’s why we transitioned to cage free eggs for our breakfast sandwiches like our Bacon, Egg & Cheese on Brioche and use chicken raised without antibiotics on our salads and sandwiches like the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt.
- Respect for the Planet – Maintaining our supply of high-quality ingredients depends on the health of our planet. Read more about our commitment to reducing our environmental impact and our partnership with the World Resources Institute’s Coolfood Meals initiative to label low-carbon meals in Our Environment.
